Deryk is the founder of Active Guiding & Tackle and the Outside Sales Rep. The company started in his basement and with his expertise has grown to what it is today. As our resident fishing expert, Deryk has sampled an endless number of product lines and as a result we only carry the best gear available.
Scarlett
Scarlett is the newest member of the Active Guiding & Tackle team. Scarlett handles bait orders and accounts payable and receivable. If you need bait, she is the one to talk to. She also assists with order filling, repairs, and customer service.
Lynne
Lynne works behind the scenes as General Manager and Controller. With an exceptional background in business management, she has been vital to Active Guiding & Tackle’s growth and success.
