We stand behind the products we sell and we either fish with these products or we have talked to trusted fishermen who have. Our staff is available to provide technical support and knowledge about our products and advice on how to use them. This service item is available to you even before you make a purchase. We like to talk fishing and are available to provide advice on equipment requirements. If you are considering switching your lodge from one equipment manufacturer or model, we are frequently able to provide samples for field testing.

Rods and Rod Parts:
Popular brand name rods and spare rod parts are available year around. Large orders and special orders for rods not in stock will be filled on request.
Rod repair services are available year round with special discounts for ofout-of-season repairs.
Popular brand name reels and spare parts are available year around. Large orders and special orders for reels not in stock are filled on request.
Reel repair services are available year round with special discounts for out-of-season repairs. Reel repairs can include (for an additional charge)spooling your reels with new line to your specifications.
Line and Leaders:
A large selection of popular brand name line, both monofilament and braided, in a wide range of weights and roll sizes are in stock. Line products not in stock will be filled on request.
Leaders in a wide range of hook sizes and line weights, including halibut rigs, are in stock. Bulk orders of custom tied leaders can be filled if they are booked early. Smaller orders of leaders not in stock can be custom tied on demand.
Weights:
We stock weights of many sizes and shapes. All other sizes and shapes are available on request. Bulk orders at discount prices can be booked and delivered on request.
Tackle and Tackle Boxes:
Lures, hooks, snaps, swivels, beads, flashers are in stock as well as tackle accessories such as tackle boxes, bait boxes, pliers and small knives. Bulk orders of non-stock items can be filled on request.
Downriggers sales and service by Scotty trained technicians are available. Down rigger parts, clips, lanyards, line (both braided and stainless steel) are also available.
Fish Processing Equipment:
Cutting boards, cleaning mats, cut-plug cutting boards, knives of all sizes, knife sharpening equipment and large coolers are regularly in stock. Items not stocked are available on demand.
Clothing and Personal safety Gear:
Boots, rain suits, floater jackets and pants, life jackets (regular and automatic inflation) are kept in stock. Items not stocked are available on request.
Gaffs, Bonkers, Nets and Net Parts:
Gaffs, bonkers, landing nets and net parts are kept in stock. Large orders need to be pre-booked. Small orders of items not stocked can be filled upon request.
Boat Stuff:
Boat safety gear (flare guns, flares, throw lines, paddles, first aid kits) are kept in stock. For large orders please pre-book. Small orders of items not in stock can be filled on demand.
